Hi! Welcome to Ying-Chih Fang's website. I am a physical oceanographer and is currently a postdoctoral scientist in the Section of Physical Oceanography of the Polar Seas at Alfred-Wegener-Institut, Helmholtz-Zentrum für Polar- und Meeresforschung (AWI) in Bremerhaven, Germany. My career is built on different sea-going programs and utilizing knowledge of physical oceanography to explore important information hidden in the data is in particular of my interest.
